Refund policy

Review status: this document is a working draft published for transparency while the game is pre-release and nothing is sold or operated commercially through this site. It will receive qualified legal review before commercial launch, and material changes will be dated above.
Current status
Nothing is currently for sale. Battle Room Empire is unreleased and has no purchasable content anywhere. Anything claiming otherwise is a scam — report it.
When purchases exist
- Platform processes govern. Purchases will be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refund requests go through the store where the purchase was made — Apple and Google control those payments, and their refund processes apply.
- Your legal rights are untouched. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country or region.
- We'll help. If a purchase didn't deliver what it promised (missing currency, failed delivery), contact support — making it right is our job even when the payment isn't in our hands.
