A human reads these. Pre-release, support runs on email — a ticket system with case IDs arrives with the wider launch.
Current status: a web contact form with case tracking is built into this site's plans, but we won't ship a form that pretends to file tickets before the backend exists. Until then, email works and is answered.

- Category — account, gameplay, AR & camera, purchases, technical, accessibility, or other
- Platform and device — e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18
- App version if you have it
- What happened, what you expected, and what you tried
- A screenshot if it helps (crop out anything private)
What never to send
We will never ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or verification codes — by email or anywhere else. Anyone doing so in our name is a scam; forwarding it to us helps.
Security issues
Found a vulnerability? Please email tait.absher96@gmail.com with "SECURITY" in the subject rather than posting publicly. We take reports seriously and appreciate responsible disclosure.
Privacy requests
Account and data deletion is self-service inside the game (Settings → Delete Account & Data) — immediate, no email needed. Other privacy questions: tait.absher96@gmail.com. Details in the privacy policy.
