How accounts, cloud saves, and account deletion work

Your account is anonymous
The game creates an anonymous player account automatically using Unity Authentication. It’s a random identifier — not linked to your name, email, or phone number — and exists so your empire can be saved online and matched against other players’ towns.
Where progress lives
Your town is saved on your device and backed up to cloud saves. If you continue on the same account, your progress follows you.
Optional sign-in linking
Linking a sign-in provider (such as Apple) to protect your account across devices is in development; provider availability will be listed here when it’s live. No password is ever created for you, and we will never ask for one by email.
Deleting your account and data
Deletion is self-service and immediate: Settings → Delete Account & Data inside the game permanently removes your cloud account, cloud saves, leaderboard presence, and local data. There’s nothing to request by email. Details: privacy policy.
